1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to h999, Bangladesh's trusted online casino and sports betting platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User" or "Player") and h999 ("the Company", "we", "our", "us") governing your access to and use of the h999 website, mobile site, and all associated services including casino games, cricket betting, sports wagering, and promotional offers.

By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing any portion of the h999 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. 2. Eligibility & Account Registration

One Account Per User

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on h999. Creating duplicate, secondary, or fraudulent accounts is strictly forbidden and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any balances or bonus funds. h999 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any point to enforce this rule. Players found operating multiple accounts may have all winnings voided and may be permanently banned from the platform.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

h999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of trusted payment methods popular in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) unless otherwise stated:

• Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) Mobile Banking, and select bank transfers via City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.
• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on payment method and account verification level.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-3 business days. Withdrawal amounts must meet any applicable wagering requirements before funds can be released.
• All withdrawals must be made via the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. h999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

h999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation (national ID, passport, or driving licence and proof of payment method ownership) before approving any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 72 hours of request may result in withdrawal cancellation. All deposit funds must be used in genuine gameplay before withdrawal; depositing and immediately withdrawing without placing bets constitutes a transaction abuse violation.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be withdrawn as cash. Standard wagering requirements on h999 are as follows:

• Welcome bonus: 20x rollover on the combined deposit and bonus amount within 30 days of activation.
• Free spins winnings: 25x rollover on net winnings generated from free spins within 7 days.

Bonus Restrictions

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the h999 platform. Violations may result in account suspension, permanent ban, and/or forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of technological assistance to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or exploit technical vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinated cheating schemes with other players or against the house.
• Attempting to launder money or use h999 as a conduit for any financial crime including fraud, identity theft, or the proceeds of criminal activity.

6. Game Rules & Fairness
